Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

RedBuoy Service Benefits
  • we optimize your landing page to maximize
    your customer conversions
  • we help you choose the right search keywords
that match your campaign goals and reach
    your target audience
  • we provide reports on PPC Campaign ROI by
showing what you spent vs conversions

The example below shows the Google search results for "boats for sale". The areas highlighted are PPC listings that businesses pay for based on the words users enter in a search query.

By having their ads visible in this manner, businesses agree to pay the Search Engine provider every time someone clicks on the link. Prices are based on the popularity of the key words that are tied to these ads. In the example below, the keywords related to the "Boat Trader" advertisement are "boats for sale". In general, the more specific your keywords, the less you will pay, so if you used "Vancouver boats for sale" instead, you would probably pay a lot less but reach a smaller audience.

The advantage of using PPC advertising is that your ad can be displayed at the top of the search results as soon as you launch your campaign. Without PPC, it can take a long time to have your listing appear at the top of search results naturally, especially using competitive keywords like "boats for sale". The disadvantage of PPC is that if the campaign is not set up correctly, it could cost your business a lot of money with very little return.
